§3. TICKET TYPES AND PURCHASE RULES

Two types of tickets are available: Standard Ticket and Provider Ticket.

A Provider Ticket may only be purchased by entities providing services, tools, or solutions for the e-commerce industry. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participant's status. In the event of a Standard Ticket being purchased by an unauthorized person, the Organizer may (1) demand payment of the price difference or (2) cancel the ticket and refund the price.

Tickets are nominative and require providing, among other things, an e-mail address, first name, last name, position, company name (if applicable), VAT ID / NIP (if applicable), phone number, and invoice details.

Ticket purchases are made exclusively online via the Website. Prices are specified in the current price list available on the Website.

The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order acceptance by the Organizer and the completion of payment.

No refunds: due to the nature of the service related to an event with a strictly defined date, a Participant who is a consumer does not have the right of withdrawal from the agreement (Art. 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act).

Tickets are sent electronically to the Participant's e-mail address no later than 3 days before the Event.

The "sponsored ticket" option means voluntarily granting the Organizer consent to provide the selected exhibitor with the Participant's first name, last name, and company name – without contact details.

§4. PAYMENTS AND INVOICES

Online payments are handled by the intermediary Mollie B.V. (mollie.com), providing methods such as Przelewy24, BLIK, payment cards, and Apple Pay.

Payment via traditional bank transfer is also available for orders worth at least 100 PLN net.

The Participant bears responsibility for the correctness of the personal data and invoice data provided.

VAT invoices are issued manually and sent exclusively in PDF format to the Participant's e-mail address within up to 7 days from the purchase/payment.

The Organizer does not issue fiscal receipts.

§5. REFUNDS, COMPLAINTS, AND TICKET TRANSFERS

Except for the cases specified in § 8, the Organizer does not provide ticket refunds.

Complaints regarding the purchase of tickets or the functioning of the Website can be reported via e-mail to the address indicated in § 1 within 14 days of the problem occurring. The complaint should include the Participant's details, e-mail address, transaction number, and a description of the problem.

Tickets are nominative and, as a rule, are not transferable to other persons without the Organizer's consent.

The resale of tickets to third parties is prohibited.

§6. ENTRY TO THE EVENT

The ticket (entry code) is the only document entitling the holder to participate in the Event.

The Participant must present the ticket (in electronic or paper version) before entering the Exhibition Hall.

The Organizer may provide a ticket printing point on-site.

Participation in the Event is granted exclusively to the person indicated on the ticket.

The Organizer has the right to verify the Participant's identity.

§7. RULES OF PARTICIPATION AND ORDER

The Event is intended for adults.

The Participant is obliged to comply with health and safety (OHS) and fire safety regulations, the Organizer's instructions, and to refrain from actions disrupting the course of the Event.

Photographing and recording the Event is permitted provided that the rights of third parties are respected.

The Organizer may remove a Participant violating the Regulations from the Event premises without the right to a ticket price refund.

§8. CHANGES, FORCE MAJEURE, AND CANCELLATION

The Organizer makes every effort to ensure the Event takes place as planned.

The Organizer does not plan to change the date or format of the Event.

In the event of cancellation of the Event for reasons attributable to the Organizer, the Participant is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price in the same form of payment within up to 30 days.

In the event of cancellation of the Event due to force majeure, the Organizer will refund 50% of the ticket price to the Participant, retaining the remaining portion to cover organizational costs incurred before the event occurred.
